Theresia Shivera, Commonwealth Scholarship recipient

“I am excited and scared at the same time, mixed emotions as they say. This will be my first time going anywhere outside of Namibia and South Africa for academic purposes. I am sure I will come back inspired and much more knowledgeable. I am grateful that my passion is being nurtured and it's my hope that I will pass it on to my students and mentees in such a manner that Anaesthesiology is a recognized speciality on our continent.”

Theresia Shitoka Shivera, a Specialist Anaesthetist from Windhoek is a Commonwealth Scholarship 2017 recipient.
