What happens in the moments before people collaborate? How do participants or team members about to embark on collaboration truly connect before initiating a project or shared task? This Maker Library workshop will investigate and package simple digital interactions that can connect people over space. Come play with other tech enthusiasts, social and interaction designers, tinkerers, teachers and facilitators and engineers.

The Maker Library Network is a Connect ZA initiated project connecting makers and designers around the world and will be hosting a series of workshops during I/ZA, which is in partnership with Fak’ugesi African Digital Innovation Festival in Johannesburg, 20 Aug - 12 Sep 2015.
